Favorite thing: I used the one with ADSL connection in the telephone/telegraph office on Oktyabrskaya prospekt 17.
When you go in you have to state how long you want to use it for (they don't speak English), then you get a piece of paper with which you go into the main hall to counter 3, 4 or 5 and pay and then you bring the stamped paper back and choose a computer to your liking.
Favorite thing: Kremlin is a small piece of history that remains in Pskov after WWII. In 1943 downtown of Pskov was bombed to smoulder by SOVIET (!?) army. It was Stalin's punishment for surrender in 1941. He was very cruel person.
Pskov was the ONLY Russian city that surrendered without a battle in 1941 and for the first time in a history of Pskov. And for that Nazy established here so-called "Paris occupation regime" with special food supply for civilians. According to morale of that times this considered to be a treason. :(
