    • Well, a lot of people tend to miss meeting the inhabitans of the place they are visiting. Some of my very close friends live in Petrozavodsk. They are some of the most hospitable, nice and intelligent people I've ever met! SO wherever you go, don't miss meeting common people!

    This is my school - at that time 1964-1972 I learnt on this building... The street called then 'Lososinskaya Naberezhnaya', now the street called 'La Rochelle'.

    Ladoga lake is the largest lake in Europe (Onego lake is the second largest and is located in Karelia as well).
