O'KEI is a big store that reminded me a lot of Walmart in the US. The one in Rostov was built in Jan. of 2006, and it's the only store like it around the area. It has pretty much everything like food, dishes, clothes, books, cosmetics, etc. and it also has a couple of small stores in it that are seperate businesses like a flower shop, music store, electronics/camera store, and a pizza place. It's open from 9-11:00. There's even a play place for the kids!
What to pay: average prices
