Souvenirs are best to buy in "Staryi perekrestok" (old crossroad), where you can get hand crafts, painintgs, local gifts. Address - intersection of Astrakhanskaya str. and Svobody str., town center).
Local shopping mall "Bars" (panther) is good as well (1 stop from the railway stations) and a shop called "Ryazanskyi Souvenir" (Kol'tsova str, near Lenin sq.)
What to buy: Among other - ceramics of Skopino, Mikhailovskoe laces, local vodka called Shatskaya....
What to pay: Cheap :)))
