Karamel' is restaurant decorated in Japanese style and mostly with Japanese cuisine although some usual dishes are available here. The restaurant is not big and the atmosphere is quite nice. We paid RUR 1200 around for 2 persons with alcohol drinks (USD 39.35 around).

This bar is located on the central street (Lenin Prospect) and it is a nice place to stop to have some relax to eat something or to drink a cup of coffee. We were drinking coffee with strudel. As a specialist in strudel i can say it wasnt that bad, may be because it was served with some delicious ice-cream. The atmosphere is quite relaxing, there is no loud music to bother you, the stuff is very friendly. The interieur is decorated with many photo connected with sport and history of sport in Russia. You can also watch different sport competitions on tv. Also they offer good lunches for reasonable prices

This restaurant you will find on the central street of Tula. The name "Skovoroda" means "Pan". The ambiance is very nice, the walls are decorated in the ukrainian style, there are a lot of pictures. The stuff is very very friendly and is ready to fullfill all your wishes. The food (the most important) is really to recommend. It was the first time when i wa sin the ukrainian restaurant and I can say I want to go there again:) For really not very high prices
(for the town located so close to Moscow) we got a good dinner and extra a snack before,
which was soo tasty (some kind of ham with different ukrainian sauces). Also the beer was really special. It has new for me a red colour, but as a beer expert, I can say, it was wortj of drinking, i realy enjoyed. Well, I can tell a lot about this nice restaurant:)
Favorite Dish: There are many good ones. Try everything you like and for sure you will not be dissapointed

The place is great, the service was ok. U need to make a reservation previously as is the only sushi restorant in the city and it is always full. Is located in the main avenue, Lenin avenue, so it is really easy to get there.
Favorite Dish: I'm not a huge fan of sushi but I can say that all the dishes where tasty.
