Went there many times. It's quite good. Used to love it before I went to Italy and discovered what real Italian cuisine is like. Really, the dishes are tasty and service quite efficient for Russia, but if you are very particular about little details, you can get disappointed. For instance, I once ordered a pana cotta and they brought me BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED ICE CREAM. Since I was in a good mood recalling my Italian summer experience I did not make a great deal of it, just ate it and had a good laugh.
Favorite Dish: pollo parmigiano!
Casa Mia is an italian which is very good if you don't speak russian as the menu is in english as well so this is the first plus point you see. Then you get onto the fact that the food is actually pretty good for russia. The staff can speak a little bit of english which is always good and they are very helpful. Beware though it gets very busy especially at the weekend so you will not always be able to get a table.
It's not the best italian I've ever been to but when your in russia especially tyumen you need to take what you can
Favorite Dish: My favourite dish here was the lasagne as it is an italian classic and they do it pretty well here, it only just beat the pizza though which came on a thin base but was very very good.
The place from the outside looks like any other fast food place around the world and was clean and well presented. The problems arose once we got the food. The first thing I didn't like was that right in front of your face they put the food in the microwave which you really don't want to see. The second problem was the quality of the food. I can honestly say hand on heart that the burger was the worst burger I have ever tasted. The problems were with the quality of burger used was terrible and that they had a very strange sauce on the burger which we didn't know what it was.
To be fair the staff were very helpful with us as we couldn't speak russian and another plus point was the cost as it was pretty cheap.
