There are more in the downtown ... but they are quite expensive so try to find somewhere out of the core :) I am sure you won't know what to buy ;) there is tons of wonderful goods...

The only shopping mall in Bratislava is Au Park with different variety cheap and trade mark clothes.. check out the place its near the freeway / highway.
