We met two people riding a horse along Highway 521 in Oravska Polhora. As the surrounding Oravske Beskydy mountains look amazing I am sure it must great fan to ride a horse across the area.
Equipment: BYOH - Bring Your Own Horse (like BYOB - bring your own booze/beer :-).
I don't know where to rent a horse there - ask the locals, please.
