You can buy various t-shirts and hats in that store - enlarge my pic. Most of them with inscription Slovensko (Slovakia), heraldic arms of Slovakia and Oravsky Podzamok etc. Not great choice to be honest and limited choice of sizes as well.
What to buy: White T-shirt with Slovak heraldic arm if you like.
What to pay: 208 Sk for a T-shirt for me - XL now :-(.
You could buy in Slovakia:
36.3 Sk for $1
42.9 Sk for 1 Euro
9.47 Sk for 1 Polish zloty

There is a store called Suveniry/souvenirs in the same wooden cottage where ticket office is located. There are numerous small gifts to choose from there including: paintings and drawings of the castle and the village, pottery, various figures and statues of... witches and medieval knights, T-shirts and so on.
Hmm... rather kitschy items although if you are enough patient you find something interesting.
What to buy: I liked handmade crayon (black and white or in one colour - brown for example) drawings of local wooden architecture. Notice that you should buy real picture-frame later.
What to pay: 120 - 150 Sk for a handmade drawing or painting (small size).

We saw the first store put up in a small, wooden (temporary = mobile, I think) shelter just by a parking lot on the right walking towards the castle.
They sold some kitschy souvenirs and toys (not great variety), newspapers, cigarettes and ice-creams there. Hmm... nothing interesting maybe except... a salesman very busy reading newspapers. He didn't pay any attention to us so we ignored him as well. Was he a friend of monster-lady from parking lot described in my Warnings Or Dangers tip?
What to buy: Nothing, hmm... eventually ice-cream by Algida company if you like (rather in summer time hehe).
What to pay: Cheap area.

I step on a raft from Horna Lehota and go down a river to Oravsky Podzamok. This river is Orava River. If a terminal becomes near, Orava Castle soars overhead. http://www.plte-orava.sk/
