can you see the rail tracks ?

I arrived in Trencin by train after hiking up Cachtice Hrad.

In general, all express trains from Bratislava to Kosice (via Zilina) stops here. The jouney would take about 1 hour 35 minutes or it could be about 1 hour 20 minutes roughly from Bratislava Hlavna Stanica train staion or as long as 2 hours 20 minutes from Bratislava.

There are also buses to Bratislava (2 .5 hours) & Kosice ( 7.5 hours).

Trencin is one of the main stops of intercities and local trains on the route from Bratislava to Kosice. Intercities take 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Trencin and there are plenty of trains.

From Bratislava, it's just alittle over an hour and a half away by train. From Prague, take the train to Zilina, then change trains at Puchov.
