 olja1234 Says:  Of all Slovene regions, Pomurje reachest farthest into Panonia and Danube River Region. It encompasses the eastern slopes of Slovenske gorice, Mursko pole, Ravensko polje, Scavnica valley and Goricko. Landscape is mostli flat as you can see on the photo.

 olja1234 Says:  Straw plaiting is another handy craft, typical for Prekmurje region. The knowledge of straw plaiting proceedes from mother to daughter. They work out all kinds of vases, chandeliers, baskets, crosses and more and more.On the photo, you can see some finished goods. 

 olja1234 Says:  Pottery is still in use for cooking, eating and drinking. It can be found also in the form of decoration and as flowerpots.The upper dish in the photo, is used for baking pastry - slovene speciality - Potica.

 olja1234 Says:  Bogojina is a small village in the North - East part of Slovenia - in region of Prekmurje. A village itself is alike as many others in that part of Slovenia, but it is famous for the Church, designed by Slovene architect Joze Plecnik.
