ive got a great horse,( Rhiannna) , fortunately it has not been slapped across the head for dicipline and become " head shy"
thats most of the problems ive seen in a little village called HRAsTOVLJE... YUP these people dont have a clue ( some) as to how to break in a horse.
I see the lovely trails with horshoes upon them, i stare down at the horseshoes and wonder ...how many shots did this horse get just to walk this path...
I have studied riding for the green rider and there are no green riders,.. just green people.
All i ask you slovenian wannabee horse people is: DONT TOUCH THE DAM HORSE LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP... NEVER HIT THE HORSE IN THE FACE...
I think there should be a law against wannabe riders. They have no clue as to how to break in a horse. Think about this slovenia tourist co.
pissed off horserider

Crni Kal is a good rock climbing area. When we were there, it was very quiet and haven't seen many other climbers.
The months Mai, Juni and September, October are good climbing months, the summer might be too hot. But there are always routes in the shadow, too.
Crni Kal has a good traffic connection via highway and is also quite close to the sea (half an hour by car) if you would like to combine your climbing holiday with swimming and sunbathing.

You can get to castle Socerb by car all the way up. . . But try not to park on the grass. . . . I made that mistake. . . :(
