Tours of the stud farm can be taken in a variety of languages and there are oppertunities to see the horses dance. The Chapel of St. Anthony of Padua is a pretty little chapel that is located on the grounds of the Lipica horse farm and is visited as part of the horse farm tour. The chapel was built in the 1600s and then remodeled in the 1800s. It features a beautiful frescoed ceiling.more
Every hour, there is a tour offered of the stables where the Lippizaner horses are bred and raised. In addition to the two primary sets of stables, the tour also includes the farm's chapel. The tour is offered in several different languages, with separate tour groups for each language.more

If you don't have a car the best way to come to Lipica is to take the train or bus to Divaca and then free bus to Lipica.
Train departs from Ljubljana at 9.30 a.m. , arriving to Divaca at 11 a.m. The bus continues to Lipica at 11.24 a.m.
If you're coming from Koper, take the train at 10.00,arriving in Divaca at 10.49
On the way back the bus departs from Lipica at 16.20 .
The train for Ljubljana departs at 17.53.
The train for Koper departs at 17.23.
Connection by bus is valid only from 23. 4. to 8. 12.2007. , from Tuesday to Sunday.
Horse - drawn carriage rides
Every day, except Monday (except Easter Monday and 25th June) from April to October at 10.00-12.00 and 13.00-18.00.
Price (maximally 4 persons per carriage):
60-minute carriage ride costs € 40.00/carriage
30-minute carriage ride costs € 20.00/carriage
For those who don't play golf and want to try it in smaller ground there's an opportunity to play mini golf. You can get playing stick and ball at Golf Caffe for just 3 Euro .
Lipica stud farm offer a number of possible activity to its visitor.
