The Cutty Sark Pub is a popular meeting place for locals, tourists and VT members. It has both international and local beers on tap (e.g. Lasko, Heineken and Guinness). Prices are reasonable. On hot summer days the a large beer garden is open.

One evening I met the local VT member Zo72 (Zoran9 and his girlfriend for a beer in the Cutty Sark pub.

A pub serving a whole host of beers, from Guinness to Heineken, this warm, welcoming pub a stone's throw from the center is full of locals, open to conversations with visitors, tourists and the like. It has the feel of an old English pub, warm and inviting with lots of good beers on tap. However, if in a party of three or more, be prepared to wait for a seat (even at the bar) after nine o'clock, it gets pretty busy.

Cutty sark is one of the most popular pubs in Ljubljana. It is located in Knafljev prehod, a yard that looks like if you were far from the city, although it is only few meters from Presernov trg.

It is situated in an old house. There are many tables outside, while inside there is typical pub atmosphere. During the summer there are live concerts sometimes.

Prices are moderate (0.5 l beer - 1.8 EUR).

Dress Code: Casual.
