Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: It was September when we went there, and it was mostly overcast if not rainy. An umbrella or a raincoat would be necesssary if you don't want to drench or to swim in the rain. It was not just a simple sprinkle of rain or a drizzle, it was really raining cats and dogs! Slovenian weather is somewhat unpredictable anyway, so it pays to be ready for anything.

Luggage and bags: Don't forget a back pack to carry around your rain gear & umbrella in the day : )
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Walking shoes
Rain gear
Long sleeved jacket for the evening to help stop the mozzies biting
Shorts / T-shirts etc.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Take some bug repellant! You are staying by a lake & in the evening there are plenty of little buggers around only too happy to take a nip out of you.
Anti-Diarrhoea tablets
Photo Equipment: Camera with zoom lens would be useful as your point & click is going to leave you with some pictures of very distant looking objects.
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: We took a pic-nic blanket which proved handy.
High factor sun cream for up in the mountains
Miscellaneous: Umbrella
Bottle opener

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear:
When going hiking in the mountains (and of corse the mountains around Bled invite to do this) prepare good shoes and different kind of clothing. I recommend you to pack in warm clothes as well as light clothing and rain protection.
Temperatures can change rapidely in the mountains. Also the weather itself can change very quickly.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies:
All you need can be also bought there, but it could be more expensive here. I take everything with me.
Photo Equipment:
Of corse, don't forget your camera, lenses and lot's of film!
Miscellaneous:
As always, it is also useful to take some time here!

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: You'll certainly want to bring all your hiking gear as the only way to truly appreciate the grandeur of such surroundings is to get right out there in it.
Miscellaneous: Locals seem to love to keep their flower beds packed.
