No matter where you stop when walking around the lake you will be stunned by the views. Rent a boat and row out to the island. Don't rent the first boat you see. Price around. Directions: If you walk or drive around lake, you will see where people swim.

On your walk around the lake you can always go for a swim. You'll see that there are prepared beaches for such activity, some even you have to pay to get in, and most impresive is people actually do!!
But don't worry, there are alternatives! There are places people have made there own, and you may see people taking a swim in many accesible spots of the lake.
But if you're not much on looking for a spot, I insist, you have the mentioned touristic places, or there is a sort of deck that goes along the bank (in the lake), so you can take a swim from there. Be sure it's in the morning, so you'll have some sun to dry you up. Leave a Comment

Well, yes, it might be a bit, but it's definately worth it. On your walk you can stop to eat something at the lakes' bank, take a dip, or just lay down and rest and enjoy the scene.

when i was wisitin the bled we tried quad trip to cabin in the woods caled Talež.
the trip started in bled then we drived in a beautiful contrey side where you can get the feeling how people lived 100 years ago.
we were in a grup with one cuple from italy and the gide that was leadin our grup to talež.
after 45min we got to our destination with beatuful panoramic viwe to the Bled lake and vilages aroun the lake. ve stay there abou 30min an than get back to bled.
