Pekel pri Borovnici (Hell at Borovnica) is an ideal trip for those who would like to escape from hot Ljubljana and go to a cold place .Pekel is the the most beautiful after heavy rains when river Borovniscica have a lot of water .You have to put on good walking shoes because the path is steepy and muddy.There are 5 watterfalls in the valley. Planina pri Jezeru is situated in the heart of Fuzinske planine ( Fuzine mountains) above Lake Bohinj. Access to the hut is from Bohinj Lake up to the mountain.The hike is about 1 hour long. It is possible to proceed to Vogar ,Velo Polje and to Hut at Triglav Lakes.The hut is surrounded with pine trees . Under the hut is beautiful lake.The hut is opened only in summer.
