If you feel hungry, there's a small eaterie near the ticket kiosk to the Castle.
Serves meals from 10 am to 10 pm, everyday except on Wednesday.
My suggestion would be fill your tummy at Postojna, where there are lots of places to eat, places to stay & more options as well; before you go to see Predjama Castle.
Hike or take a bike from Postojna. Take a taxi but that would be very expensive from Postojna.

It was most satisfying to find that Predjama Castle met the one criteria that any castle must have to be included on my list of favorites--a pub on premises.
After we had our Union Beer we headed back to Ljubljana which is only about 30 miles from Predjama.
