What's a burek?
Guidebooks say you need to try eating a burek when you go to Slovenia. What's a burek, I wondered? A burek turned out to be flaky pastry rolled into a long sausage with some filling inside. The sausage-type roll then gets circled around itself in a spiral.Bureks are fast food: they're about as nutritious and about as tasty as something like Burger King or McDonalds -- i.e. not that nice, really.
