The best way to get around Almeria and surroundings is to hire a car as local transport is limited. Rail travel is practically non-existent and only offers long distance to Madrid, Barcelona (12hrs) and Granada. Leave a Comment Theme: Other

Getting around Mojarcar was easy bus stopped outside your hotel and took you either to Mojarcar village or Garuchia Village were the most fabulous fish is to be found.

The main bus station is located with the train station. There are several bus operators all with their own ticket booths a big display shows which bus goes where and when. Prices are cheap and the service is reliable.
