You get TAPAS ONLY with a beer (caña or tubo) wine (tinto, blanco, tinto de verano) as well as with grapejuice (mosto).
There will be a list of TAPAS, either on the table, or chalked up behind the bar, or the waiter will rattle off 100 items in about 20sec when you ask him "Qué hay de tapas?" (whats for tapas?).
Many items are suitable for Vegetarians, as long as they dont mind eggs fried on burger griddles and fishy spoons used to dish up the salad.
Vegetarian options:
-Patatas Bravas
-Tabernero con Patatas fritas
-huevo a la plancha
-patatas alioli
-cheringans (de queso, vegetal, aceitetomate)
-patata al horno
.........ask for more, but beware, "vegetarian" in andalucia often includes tuna, ham or prawns.
