I do not mind paying to see great monuments as the Mosque, Alcazares and other monuments. These means that they will use the money for renovations. Alcazar was great, as 2 Euros that included the Califal baths was more than worth. I would pay more for it. But 6,50 Euros for the Mosque, I founded really expensive in comparation tot he 5 Euros of the Sevilla Alcazar or 8 Euros of the Alhambra. Also we enter in the Andalusi House, it was 2,50 Euros. Maybe for me is not worth as many of the utensils we have them already as they are not so old LOL i really felt they only wanted my money as the people over there are sharp in comparation with the rest of the coastal cities Leave a Comment

Flamenco by zindara Flamingo spectacles are held here almost every day. If you want to feel the andaluz spirit with the guitars, songs, clapping, tappingĀ
this is the place to go. Most of the performers are proffesional dancers, so it is a "tourist trap" but the flamingo you see is not a show for tourists but a real show. Leave a Comment

by Joyce_HK If you visit Mezquita in a sunny day, taking photos could be quite a challenge inside the place. It is quite dark and cool inside while strong sunlight comes in from some windows.
Better use your digital camera to try out 1 or 2 photos before using film. Leave a Comment

Carlos V de Espaża y I de Alemania said after watching what they did in the Cathedral "You carry on what it is found in many other places, and destroy that which is unique in the world." At least one of the good things we can say about the Catholic Kings is that they did not destroy any of the Muslin heritage they conquered Leave a Comment

View of the river by Joyce_HK Though the view is beautiful, beware that there are lots of mosquitos near the riverside. Sometimes they could be irritaing and unpleasant. Leave a Comment

All the souvenirs are very expensive. Even if it is 50% off, it is still very expensive as compared to other places in Spain. Leave a Comment

by catarata If you want to have a good lunch, don“t ever go to any of the restaurants surrounding the Mosque: they will try to swindle you in most of the places!!! The small shops in the Jewish District are quite mean, try to avoid them if you really like mancraftship, as they are made just for tourists. I would recommend to just go to some of the open patios there are in the same district, that usually exhibit items that are maybe more expensive but also more beautiful Leave a Comment
