STROLL ALONG THE PROMENADE ( PASEO MARITIMO)
  • Tip Rating:
  • The Promenade PASEO MARITIMO spans practically the entire coastline of Fuengirola, from the area of Sohail Castle to Santa Fe de los Boliches. Los Boliches was originally a fishing village which, thanks to tourism, has grown at an incredible rate. Its originsgo back to the 14th and 15th centuries. At around this time, Genoan merchants were allowed to set up businesses here for the export of salt fish. They fished from vessels called "Boliches" hence the name for the village.
Strolling along this promenade and many other fabulous promenades in Spain, is Hans and my very favourite things to do.

    Pueblo Lopez
  • Tip Rating:
  • In the very center of Fuengirola there is a little residential area that looks like a typical Andaluz village. The houses are all white with beautiful patios and the streets are made of little stones. Is a beaufitul place to have a walk .
The most of the owners of these houses are foreingners.
