Alhambra - Nasrid Palaces, Granada
The Courtyard of the Lions is another example of Islamic Architecture. Four separate streams of water converging on the main fountain in the center of the courtyard.
This is one of most beautiful patios inside the Alhambra,it is a large room with a pool,is another nice place to make some good photos.

This patio is, next to the patio de los Leones, also a very famous part of the palace.

The tiles on these walls were often arranged in geometric patterns. Learning was important even in those days!

THE ALCAZAR: Patio de los Leones (Courtyard of the Lions).
The Alhambra, the Generalife and the Albayzin reached the World Heritage List in 1984.
The most photographed place is the Patio de los Leons (Court of the Lion), named after the fountain that appeared in the picture.
