Favorite thing: No excuses for not logging in to VT. Whilst the better hotels will have internet access that you can use, the costs will be much higher than in an internet cafe, e.g 2 euros for 30 minutes. In the internet cafe I used, it was one euro per hour, minimum 0.50 euros, and charged by the minute. I used Ciber y Locutorio Onda Telecom, which is in Calle Porvera, but there are several around the centre.

Here is a short list, taken from the Jerez town website ( www.turismojerez.com )

    Centernet Cibersala, Arcos, 3
    Ciber, Avda. Lola Flores
Ciber y Locutorio InfoJerez, San Agustín, 15
Ciber y Locutorio Onda Telecom, Porvera, 18
Ciber/Juegos on line "Juega2", Avda. Puertas del Sur - Edificio Puerta Bahía 4 - D
    Ciberbar San Pedro, Bizcocheros, s/n
    Cibercafé, Santa María, 3
Ciberenredao, Enrique Domínguez Rodiño - Edificio Huelva
The Big Orange, Mª Antonia de Jesús Tirado - Edificio Soto Real
    Xerenet, Zaragoza - Edificio Aladro

So you have no excuses if you are in Jerez !

    Get Connected at the Airport

Favorite thing: If you find yourself with some time to kill in the airport at Jerez de la Frontera, be aware that there is a wifi signal (11 Mbps) available. It's not advertised as far as I can tell but I turned on my laptop and here I am putting in this general tip while I wait for a friend flying in from the States.

They have plenty of tables upstairs in the very airy and open bar/restaurant area. There are also outlets available....just be sure you have your power converter if you're from outside of Europe.
