It is a good idea to try to adapt to the Spanish customs of siesta and eating late unless you really want to stand out as a tourist during the hours when all the locals are indoors.

The locals maily speak spanish . .I only learned the word ..'Ola' . meaning 'Hello' . . or 'Greetings'. :)
