Big local with nice things for tapa. Very nice to have take a table and have a break while you have a good wine and a tapa

This restaurant is owned by the famous actor Antonio Banderas who originates from Málaga. Here you can eat typical dishes from Málaga for a decent price. Especially the grilled meat is recommendable. They also serve tapas.

Favorite Dish: Parrillada de carne

The only reason I went here a second time was the blind hope that I might catch a glimpse of Antonio ; -). I have eaten here for lunch with friends and then dinner on another occasion. The service is poor - staff are far more interested in chatting amongst themselves and it was difficult to catch their attention. Food was luke warm and some dishes, very mediocre in everyway. I will not be returning.

An Andalucian tradition, you must sample some tapas at LA POSADA DE ANTONIO. It is a restaurant that Antonio Banderas bought and is part of a chain all over the Costa Del Sol. Along with its specialty of grilled meats, are the different little tapas which we sampled. TAPAS are small portions of different dishes.

Churascos --- Grilled Sausage
Berenejenas Con Miel --- Eggplants with Honey ( my favourite )
Patatas a La Brave --- Potatoes in a spice sauce
Croquetas --- Fried meat-filled croquette

At Calle Granada we can find this classic. It used to be La Posada before Antonio bought this restaurant and began the chain that has palces all over the coast.

And yes we are talking about Antonio Banderas!
