You can eat in or out, the cafe style suited the people watchers. The promenade was just feet away and watching people strolling by added to the European atmosphere. I had the delightful experience of watching a small puppy play with an older dog for about 20 minutes, up and down the promenade, in and out of peoples' legs....

The palm trees create a tropical feel, the hothouse plants add to that impression and the sun was not too hot in May. A pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

Favorite Dish: I just love paella... the colours, the combinations of flavours, but most of all the seafood. With chilled white wine or a nice cold beer, it went down very well indeed.

Starters for me was Gapazcho soup. Chilled soup is a rare delight for me, normally being too cold to have it at home. The sun set it off just nicely!

The dessert was a fantastic choccy mouse thingy in a glass, nice and light, not too filling.
