Pallas Andalucia - Michael Jacobs

by Beach_dog

I recently discovered this great guidebook, Pallas Andalucia by Michael Jacobs. It is not your standard Lonely Planet type book, Michael Jacobs has really researched the area and goes into great detail of the regions landscapes and topography, history, culture, wildlife, agriculture, even the most common food within the area. In addition there is a Gazeteers of 100 of the popular and not so well known cities, towns and villages. It is a book I find hard to put down, and am sure I will read many times over the next few years, as well as for reference before trips.
