If you want to go somewhere that you're likely to hear some English spoken, this is a good bet. It's a typical Irish Pub (except that they serve Spanish tapas!) with Guinness, Harp, Heineken and other beers on tap.
I went here every day, but only actually had a drink once. You see, a friend of mine in Charlotte claimed that she knew someone who works here and asked me to stop in and say hello, but every time I went, the girl wasn't there!

The area around the Cathedral is beautiful at night with the Giralda tower lighted (only until 11pm on weekdays). The Barrio Santa Cruz is a little dark, but I felt perfectly safe, despite the twisting alleys and unknown corners.
If you're interesting in trying tapas, start on Mateos Gago just off the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes and sample all you can! I noticed that weekends are much more lively. The Saturday night that I was there was packed with people spilling out from the bars onto the streets in good-natured socializing.

Did you know that going to tapas bars in such a part of life here that they have a verb for it? Yes, "tapear" means to go to tapas bars and this is one of the absolute musts for any visit to Sevilla. You'll have plenty of options particularly in the Barrio Santa Cruz where this place is located.

This is one of the flamenco places that most of the guide books recommend. You can judge whether or not that's good or bad. I actually went to Los Gallos in Plaza Santa Cruz. Check out the Flamenco travelogue for some photos.

Enter in one bar, listen to latin music and drink Cruzcampo or sangria.
The photo was not taken during the night but during the day.
It was a quick stop for a beer and a sandwich (bocadillo con queso y jamon serrano).

well...calle beliz or santa cruz area...yeah
spain´s number one quality is simply in my eyes that the drinks are very cheap...in sevilla the same! in santa cruz you can find a lot of small bars to start of with...lol..and then go on to one of the discos...don´t worry...if you can´t find one they will find you...or just take a taxi and ask them to take you there.. in most discos there´s free entrance for women...
Dress Code: OH OH OH....i get surprised every time i´m in spain.... No jogging shoes......absolutely not...don´t wear that sort of shoes or they won´t let you in anywhere...

In the heart of the Historical and Monument Zone of Seville, exactly in front of the walls of the Macarena, this veteran Flamenco dance hall has daily shows with nationally first-ranked dancers.
The lounge is climate-controlled and decorated in the typical decor of the Flamenco art.

Nitelife is active all year in Seville, reaching its apotheosis during pre and post summer (June and September) weekends, on warm nights after sundown.
Do not expect to find people before midnight.
As in most cities, bars and discos changes quickly, so it is difficult to make a nitelife guide, anyway thre are some 'classicals' as La Carbonería at calle Levíes 18, full of bohemian atmosphere, and Antigüedades(calle Argote de Molina, close the cathedral).Anyway go to the center and follow the people, they show you where is where you must go.
After bars ,people use to go to discos, Nervion quarter has the betters discos, as Voulez-bar,Wall street,..., rumours that 'Antique-teatro' (close to Barqueta bridge, at the expo grounds) is the best disco at town.
Seven (old Statioon) is the most popular after hours in Sevilla, it opens 6:00 am .
