Luggage and bags: Pretty much anything really unless your going up the mountains in which case you shoul know what to take,and if not, don´t go.
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Out of town: good shoes/boots, something cool, something warm, waterproof for storms, although they are usually intense, they have a short duration.
Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Suncream and lip balm. Total sunblock if going above 1500 metres.
Photo Equipment: Don,t forget your camera!
Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: No beaches here mate!
Miscellaneous: Good sun glasses are a must. The light here is very intense and in the mountains I´d recomend wraparounds or proper mountaineers glasses. e.g. cebi 3000.
