La Catedral de San Pedro (St. Peter's Cathedral) is a amazing building, taking into account its size, and its location in a remote valley of the Pyrenees. It was build from XI to XVII centuries, so you can find architectural and decorative characteristics from different constructive periods. The importance of the site was in a great part due to being at the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.

You can see there some paintings from Manuel Bayeu (aragonese painter from XVIII century, brother-in-law of Goya). The Diocesan Museum has some interesting art pieces as well.

Visit the monestary at San Juan de la Pena
This medieval center of great historical significance is worth a visit for the inquisitive traveller. There is an especially interesting Romanesque cloister. The stone carvings are fascinating.
