Maybe you are familiar with "encierros", which consist in loose bulls running behind crazy locals and more crazy tourists through narrow streets.
Well, this one also employs bulls, but only one, and consists in putting wooden balls with kerosene on its horns, setting them on fire, and letting the wild beast go. But it's much more difficult (and dangereous) than it sounds!
