You see these all over Asturias. The elevated structures are used to keep their grains dry in this rainy region. To see one of these is to truly know that you're in Asturias.

Some resident(s) of Tazones are obviously very inspired by their seaside location. You've just got to love their individuality and the ability to express it.

As you pull into Tazones through it's main (and only?) road, you see that it's covered in bars and restaurants. We were there on a rainy October afternoon so they were quiet, but not closed. It's encouraging to know that Tazones has year-round visitors and residents.
I do, very badly, want to return in season and try each and every one of them!
