In the photo a fisherman in typical small boat. That’s the boat people use to fish near the coast. Ibiza is still a very good place to eat fish. There are a lot of restaurants that serve good fish dishes. There are some that only serve fish. I like Can Salvado Restaurant in Es Pou des Lleo and Can Bigots in Cala Mastella. Both they work in the same way the prepare the food for 2 O’clock, when every body has to be at the table big plates of a delicious stewed fish with potatoes (Bullit de peix) and after that they serve a rice soup with squids, prawns, mussels and crab legs, it’s really good. After dessert they prepare a special coffee, with brandy, cannel and sugar. Normally at the end of the meal they invite the guest a very small glass of liqueur (Chupito).
