Yes, rent a car to visit the beaches along the coast, but remember that sometimes it can be crazy LOL We got our car through Avis, thanks to my travel points, but if they ask you to get a full insurance, my recommendation is YES no doubt about it, you will feel more confortable driving around. As i had no car, i decided to explore the landscape by this minitrain. Well, the landscape was nice, but the train driver was hell! He wanted to make fun of everything, and that was too much. But if you are willing to ignore that the train ride is ok - but better do the tour by car or by bike perhaps, although there are a lot of steep hills... The tour did go to Santa Agnes - in fact a bar and a church and nothing much more. The train ride cost 11 Euro, 2 hours incl. a free drink in Santa Agnes. Leave a Comment

Road to Santa Vincent by Tequillamokingbird It is very difficult to descibe this wonderful experience, except magical. The road tho Santa Vicent is quite actulally like driving into a movie. The people on the Island are increadibly friendly and the views are breathtaking. I would storngly recommend renting a car and exploring the island during the day...... I spent a couple of hours a day on the beach sunbathing and a couple of hours a day exploring the many hidden points of interest and beauty in the magical white Island. Somewhere to stop for a coffee by LittleDee San Carlos is a sleepy village which was very popular with the hippies in the 1960s. They used to hang out in a bar called Anita's bar which is still there and a good place to stop for a coffee or food. Leave a Comment Directions: Between Santa Eularia and Cala de Sant Vincente on the PM-810
