Don't rent an apartment or go to a hotel in the main road of La Sabina it can be very noisy at night with all the motorbike riders, it is better to find accomodation in Porto Salé, not far away from la Sabina.

As I sad on my tip about transportation, scooters and bikes are the most popular means of transportation on the island. But you have to pay attention while driving in the night, because the roads aren't lit up at all!
