So U're a beer lover? Ok, be ready because here U'll have more than 100 different beers where to choose from. And I'm not lying. Lorien is the name of the bar. As anyone that has read Tolkien, knows what is that. The place is decorated with all kind of posters of different passages of Tolkien books. The music is great for celta and new age music lovers. No TV so no futboll fans, only beer and Tolkien fans. The place is small so better go early to catch a table or a chair on the sweep and taste the woderfull beers that wait fro U each night.

You love 60's and 70's? Then this is your place. Each weekend, including fridays, live music, cover bands that will play for U the songs U like to hear from groups as Zeppelin, Beatles, Rolling Stones, Rare Earth, Earht Wind & Fire and others. Last friday I was there and it was great. People dancing, singing together and having fun. The place is full of posters and pics of famous icons of that moment, Janis Joplin, Hendrix, Morrison, Elvis and Beatles. For sure U'll have a wonderfull night.

Yesterday, 17 march 2005, I was in this bar with a work partner to celebrate St Patrick´s day. It was great. Nice bar, good service and lot of different cultures all mixed together. Of course, lot of irish tourist. Is right next to the Paseo Maritimo so at night is fres and if U get tired of the noise and the smoke, just take a walk on the Paseo.

During the summer this was my regular hang out place. It?s a brazilian bar with great drinks, nice music and excellent service. My favorite drink is caipifresa which is like caipirinha but with fresh strawberries. During the summer it?s always very busy and might be hard to find a seat outside after 12 at night.

This is another one of my regular?s. It?s sort of a hihop club with music from r?n?b to reggae. Outside it looks very small and maybe not very appealing but the interior is quite nice. It?s not very big and the air conditioning is not very good. But the atmosphere and the music make up for it.

There are so many! It all depends on out look, Magalluf and Arenal are very good if you are British or German respectively. Palma has many lively bars and tapas places...best advice is go with the flow, if you dont like it...move on!
The Paseo maritimo is great, very cosmopolitain; has good nightlife both straight and gay. Excellently located near to the heart of Palma de Mallorca. I would highly recommend it!

It's grazy nightlife near harbor area. Party is still on at 6:00 morning. If You like to sleep find accommodation in most quiet area than this.
