Safari was so enjoyable because I wouldn't ever thought to find that landscape on an Isle so famous for its beach!

there is not much there, but you can just laze on the beach and relax, not too many people
go there as it is a bit of a trek. Drive there and you encounter very winding roads which are bit dangerous at times,and if you go a bit further along you reach the lighthouse where there is also a restaurant. Or you can also get there by boat.
Great for snorkling.

There's not a great deal to do once you get there, other than have a look around, take in the views, and catch your breath before realising you have to go all the way back again along the same bendy roads.
In all honesty, I'd give it a miss, but if like me you can't bear the thought of thinking you're missing out on something then be my guest.  Cap Formetor by katamorganaLeave a Comment Directions: Cap Formentor is on the North flap of the island.Using map is necessary all over Majorca. Road signs can show You two different directons to the same place. You have a choice.

The Cap de Formentor is at the north of the island, a few miles from Port de Pollenca.
If you don't fancy taking the winding roads to the lighthouse at the end of the peninsular, you can get excellent views from the Mirador de Colomers, which has a well worn track out to a large viewing area. Leave a Comment
