There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Bermeo, many located around the plaza and streets surrounding the harbour. A good range of pintxos and meals are available (depending on time and day).
The restaurant of the casino has been recommended to me but I have never tried it.
Favorite Dish: Seafood and fish is fairly endemic!

Manny restaurants offer good meals in a typical interior. All close to the port and making dishes with fresh products, and above all fresh fish...
Favorite Dish: Try out the local standards : bacalao (cod) and merluza (hake)... and a bottle of Rioja... hmm !

Bermeo is a working fishing village. Its harbour is not a picturesque picture-postcard view, but a place where hard graft takes place. Having said that, the food and drink available in this hilly......
