Hotel Artaza: Hotel with cafe and children's play area
timtregenza Says: This hotel is located in Artaza, between Las Arenas and Algorta in a posh residential area. It has the great advantage of a play area outside where kids can run around. The local expat community meet here on wednesday mornings with their pre-school kids as a result.
Favorite thing: Las Arenas covers the area at the end of the river Nervion and the start of the sea. It faces across to Portugalete, across the Puente Colgante.
The town has some nice shops and pintxo bars, but the beaches leave a little to be desired due to the proximity of the port of Bilbao.
