Krunch sells itself as "high cuisine in bread" (it does not translate well!)
It is a franchise of cafes in the Basque Country offering a range of fillings in its sandwiches.
There is a restaurant in Bilbao (Iparaguirre) and Las Arenas (close to Areeta metro).

On a Sunday night, we were unsure what might be open so we asked the helpful woman at the desk at Hotel Zubieta, and she said this was her favorite place in town. It isn't in the village, but just a bit down the road from the Hotel, so we figured to give it a try. What a lovely place it was. The menu was intriguing, and we were pleased to have decided to try it. It WAS much more expensive than the previous night's spot, but well worth it as the service and the food was excellent. With the sea right outside the door, we enjoyed tuna, dorado and hake, as well as another version of Basque fish soup.
