There is a free bus from Las Americas, Los Gigantes and puerto de la Cruz to the park. Ask the Hotel or one of the little markets advertising tickets for the timetable or look at the webiste. You need to have a ticket (to the park) to be able to use the bus.
Of course you can get there by car too, but there are not a lot of parking spaces near the entrance. Leave the Motorway directin "Arona" and then follow the signs

There's no infos about the tiny place "Arona" on here as it is realy small but some infos and specialy pictures of the "Parque aguilas del Teide" wich is situated next to Arona.
