We went in November and found shorts and tshirts we fine. Jeans, jumpers and coats are a must if you plan on going up Mount Teide!
Suncream! You will burn without it, even in the 'winter' time. I got factor 20 and it worked fine so something along that line and you shouldn't burn.

Take mainly shorts and t-shirts for the day. Night time anything goes but it is always good to dress up, smart casual is a good guide. Places like the casino may require you to dress smart. Take a jumper as well as some nights it can get a bit chilly and if you go up Mount Teide you will probably need one too.
Plenty of sunblock and aftersun although it can be bought out there.
There is so much to photograph in Tenerife so plenty of film or memory card space would be useful but don`t worry everything should be available at possibally cheaper prices.
Condoms, Playa De Las Americas is a party resort and is a fact of life what goes on as there are so many young single people there. Leave a Comment

Only bring a small amount of clothes as weather is stunning
Bring a warm fleece for night time we were there in November and it was a little cold at night,with a sea breeze.
Amazingly I did not get bit by mozies didn't need any med.

Suitcase, holdal or rucksack
Comfortable shoes that are sturdy and designed for walking. If going up mount teide take a jumper, take a light weight waterproof because you just never no and if you go to Loro parque you may finds this of use
Remember to bring sun tan lotion and insect repelant

We walked all around Peurto de la Cruz looking for a nice sized mug for tea making. But we do love a cuppa and after 2 days finally found a shop which sold mugs. t felt like we had won the lottery !!
Plenty of shorts, t. shirts, swimwear ,flip flops, trainers if walking ,jeans, jumper for cooler evenings
