Trendy beachwear is an essential item in the luggage of any visitor to Santander. Top-less is common in all the beaches, although La Concha and the First of El Sardinero tend to be more conservative. Naturist beaches are located out of the city, in El Puntal, Langre and the Liencres area.

Yes. It rains in Santander. Ever wondered why the region is so green ? Bring an umbrella. Chances are you will use it!Also, if you go to the interior of the region, be aware of the mosquitos.
