Panchos?: Mexican in Albacete
This is the only mexican in the city and is very popluar with the locals, so be prepared to wait for a table at the weekend. It is very well decorated inside and looks bright and cheery.The owner (who is mexican) is very friendly and helpful. He also speaks English. I had the mole which was good with a nice spice to it. I think my boyfriend had some kind of enchilada which came which a nice spicy sauce.We had a piña colada made especially for us by the owner which was grat. Made with all natural ingredients. The margeritas were very good too and went straight to my head!:-)The meal was very cheap in the end only 30€
