  • The ruins of the old Roman city of Clunia Sulpicia, are some of the important towns of Roman Spain.

Clunia can be found near Peñaranda de Duero and in the district of Peñalba de Castro.

Here you can see the public baths, the teather, mosaics, the forum, the temple and the courts of justice

Caleruega is at the south of Burgos Province, at the Ribera del Duero region.

An area with lots of history as it was a natural frontier between the Christian kingdoms of the north and the Moslems of the south in the far-off days of the Reconquest.

You can find lots of churches, convents and monasteries.

Here is where Santo Domingo de guzman was born, and some monuments talk about him along the villague.

The most celebrated monument in Santo Domingo de Silos is the romanesque monastery, which has become also famous for its Cd of Grgoorian music.

Is one of the oldest in Spain, created on the 12th century.

Santo Domingo loved the art, so the monastery is a beautiful demostration of romanic art.
