Before you hit the Barrio Humedo for some real drinking, I would recommend going to Seaki Bar first. They are known for their champagne cocktail (only 1,20 Euro) and they pile on the free tapas- definately my favourite tapa bar! The staff are very friendly and service is quick despite the crowds that are usually here.

Boogie all night long. This night club is great if you want to dance the night away. Glam usually hosts shows which include fire breathing and stilt walking- something to make the place a bit different!

This is the place to be when darkness falls in Leon. There an amazing amount of bars to suit all tastes- and the beauty about the bars in Leon is with every drink you get FREE tapas! There are clubs, bars and cafes- whatever you fancy Leon is sure to have it.
Dress Code: Whatever you want- most of the students just wear out what they were wearing that day- or if you feel like dressing up for a change there's no restrictions.

Though it seems an empty village after 8 pm, there is a lot of nightlife here, well, at least a few pubs and discos, where people from all around Carrizo come for dance and drinking, specially in saturday nights.
Ask around the main street (LE-421 road).

Meaning literally "Wet Quarter" you will easily guess that here is where most of the night and noon drinking takes place in Leon. Is a bunch of narrow streets around the Cathedral and Plaza Mayor, where you will find plenty of bars for tapas at noon and midnight.

If you stay in Leon by night, go to the Plaza de Regla and enjoy the night lighting of the Cathedral. It is lighted all around, not only the facade. Take a good walk around and enjoy all the architectural details...

If you are in the mood for a concert or theatre, take a look in the local newspaper for the shows at the Local Auditorium.

If you are looking for a nice relaxed place for a drink and listen to some jazz music, this is a good place to start with. They have live shows once in a while.
