This was our first stop on the road from Santander to Burgos, and it reminded me of how Spain was everywhere 40 years ago. A small sleepy village without cars or noise, lovely coloured stonework positively glowing in the afternoon sun and the friendly "holas" from the only two people we did see.

Lovely little village we found by taking a wrong road, and quite happy that we did. The smooth lines and colours were enhanced by the play of the sun over the orange/red stones.
