We just came from the Plaza Mayor and
were on our way to the cathedral when
we saw this shopwindow.
The lady of the shop was just fillin it with
fresh goodies. Boy did they look good.
Pies , cakes , sweets...filled with cream ,
soft cookies...
You can buy these fresh things and
swallow them right away... Or/and
You can also take home some cookies.
They got all the local specialities....
I think it is very cheap - but I live in

If you hear the name of the shop you would
go in right away? We did.
We saw this large window shop with a lot of
inviting bottles of wine.
I don't drink wine but it is not that I dislike Alcohol.
I spotted a bottle of liquor and wondered
if they had something tipical from around.
And they had..
Of course the nice helpfull gentlemen didn't
spoke a word English...who cares. I got what
I wanted.
We bought a bottle of local liquer with a
fruity taste. The perfect thing for our
next party. (less then 10 euro)
But of course they also got a wide choise

Another central, pedestrian street, plenty of all kind of stores. It has tha greatest concentration of shoes stores of the city, but you may find many other things. There is also a cinema.
Specially shoes, but also other clothes, electronics, jewelry, pastries ... Theme: ShoesDirections: Around the "plaza de España".
